Large materials are crushed by jaw crusher to the needed sizes firstly, then the materials are elevated to storage hopper by bucket elevator, third, the materials are fed into the grinding chamber for grinding by vibrating feeder equably and continuously.The powder after grinding goes upwards together with the airflow, after separating by powder separator, those which can meet the fineness requirement enters into the cyclone powder collector through pipe together with the airflow, and then discharged from the discharge valve as final products. The airflow is sucked into centrifugal blower through wind recycling pipe at the upper part of cyclone powder collector.The mainframe is driven by the speed reducer through the central axis in the mill.
The TGM Super Pressure Trapezium Mill suits medium-scale, multi-variety non-mineral dry grinding with high cost-performance, small footprint and flexible changeover; the LM vertical mill better fits large-scale single-variety materials needing drying. The maker advises by output and material; both beat Ball Mills.
Sequence: start dust collection and return air, then the fan, then the classifier and main unit; after the main unit runs smoothly unloaded, feed evenly. Shutdown reverses the order—stop feeding, empty the chamber, then stop main unit, classifier and fan.

As a large machine, the TGM Super Pressure Trapezium Mill needs a reinforced-concrete foundation per the maker's load and bolt layout, with proper leveling and damping. After placing main unit, classifier, collector and fan, align and bolt precisely; have the maker commission it before production.
The TGM Super Pressure Trapezium Mill requires feed Mohs hardness below 7 and moisture under 6%. Excess hardness accelerates roller and ring wear; too much moisture causes sticking, blockage and lower selection efficiency. Pre-dry after crushing to a suitable moisture level.
The TGM trapezoidal mill adopts a compact vertical structure, occupying a smaller overall space than ball mill systems of the same production capacity, and the height requirement of the plant is moderate. The weight of each model of the whole machine increases with the specifications, and the manufacturer will provide specific basic load and external dimension drawings for users to plan the factory and lifting plan.
