Advanced technology: Thin oil lubrication, no need for frequent oil-adding, maintenance-free and easy to operate. Oil temperature, oil level, oil pressure and other monitoring systems ensure stable operation of the mill.
Economical operation: Thin oil lubrication, long oil change cycle, low frequency, low cost; the vulnerable parts adopt special technology and material, more wear-resistant, easy to replace, and low maintenance cost.
High efficiency: Under the same power, the capacity is 20% higher than the traditional Raymond mill and the pendulum mill. Large capacity, low energy consumption and higher efficiency.
Through vibrating feeder, the raw materials are continuously and quantitatively transported from hopper to grinding chamber. Materials are grinded in the grinding chamber. The grinded powder will be blown up and be classified by cage-type classifier. The qualified powder goes through the cyclone collector for separation and collection, and then be discharged by pneumatic discharging valve as final powders. The air current is sucked into centrifugal blower from upper pipe of cyclone collector. It is a closed air flow system and circulates under negative pressure.
The maximum feed size increases with model upgrade: approx. 25 mm for MB5X158, 30 mm for MB5X198, and 35 mm for MB5X238. Raw materials are recommended to be pre‑crushed to a proper size before feeding into the mill. This facilitates stable main‑machine operation, cuts grinding power consumption, and mitigates wear of wear‑prone components including grinding rollers.
It is equipped with jaw crusher, elevator, material hopper, variable‑frequency belt feeder, fan, classifier, cyclone collector, pulse dust collector, powder silo and electric control cabinet. For large‑scale projects, drying system and intelligent central control system are available as optional accessories.
Requires feed Mohs hardness below 7 and moisture under 6%. Excess hardness accelerates roller and ring wear; too much moisture causes sticking, blockage and lower analyzer efficiency. Pre-dry after crushing to a suitable moisture level.
It`s ideal for non-flammable, non-explosive materials with Mohs hardness below 7 and moisture under 6%, such as limestone, calcite, dolomite, marble, gypsum, heavy calcium carbonate, bentonite, kaolin, bauxite, barite, clean coal and petroleum coke.
Adopts spiral bevel-gear integral drive: the main motor drives the central shaft via a reducer for a short chain and precise ratio with smooth, efficient power. Versus belt or multi-stage drives it cuts loss and failure points.
It adopts stable spiral bevel gear transmission, flexible connection and optimized air‑flow path to reduce mechanical and aerodynamic noise. The overall noise level is evidently lower than that of ball mills. With workshop sound insulation and dust‑proof enclosure, the factory‑boundary noise can meet environmental‑protection requirements. For noise‑sensitive projects, sound‑insulating cover and vibration‑damping foundation are available as optional parts.
