Process flow of neodymium iron boron grinding powder
Neodymium iron boron magnet is a strong magnetic material with extremely high magnetic energy product and high coercivity. According to manufacturing processes, it can be divided into sintered neodymium iron boron, bonded neodymium iron boron, and hot pressed neodymium iron boron.
Process flow of sintered neodymium iron boron
1. Raw material preparation: Mix the required raw materials such as iron oxide, praseodymium oxide, dysprosium oxide, and boron oxide in a certain proportion evenly.
2. Preparation of magnetic powder: The mixed raw materials are reduced and sintered to obtain magnetic powder.
3. Powder forming: Using molding or injection molding technology, magnetic powder is pressed into the desired shape of the magnetic body.
4. Sintering forming: The formed magnetic body is sintered at high temperature to combine its particles into a dense whole.
5. Surface treatment: Coating or coating the sintered magnetic body to improve its oxidation resistance and mechanical strength.
Compared to the production of similar products from raw ore, the recycling and utilization of neodymium iron boron waste has advantages such as shortened processes, reduced costs, and reduced environmental pollution. The grinding stage is an important part of the waste recycling process. Liming Heavy Industry MTW European version grinding mill adopts multiple new patented technologies such as bevel gear integral transmission, internal thin oil lubrication system, and arc-shaped air duct. It has high grinding efficiency and large output, and is suitable for desulfurization in power plants, large-scale non-metallic mineral powder production, and building materials and chemical industries.
