System composition:

MTW European type grinding mill is a vertical structure with a small footprint and strong completeness. It is mainly composed of main engine,fan, powder selector,pulse dust collector,cyclone powder collector,pipeline device and motor. The supporting equipment can be selected from bucket elevators, variable frequency belt conveyors, iron removers, screw conveyors, electric control cabinets, etc.
 

 

Process flow:

After crushing, qualified materials are evenly and quantitatively continuously fed into the main engine grinding chamber for grinding by a variable frequency belt feeder. The ground materials are sent to the powder selector by the fan airflow for classification. Under the action of the analyzer, materials that do not meet the fineness requirements fall into the grinding chamber for re-grinding, and qualified materials follow the airflow through the pipeline into the cyclone powder collector for separation and collection, and are discharged as finished powders through the discharge device. The separated airflow enters the fan through the return air duct at the upper end of the cyclone powder collector. The production system operates under negative pressure and is equipped with a pulse dust collector, with no dust spillage, in line with national environmental protection standards.
