Process flow:
The motor of the main machine drives the main shaft and each turntable to rotate through the reducer, and the turntable drives dozens of ring rollers to roll and rotate in the grinding ring roller table through the pin. The large materials are broken into small particles by the crusher and then sent to the storage bin by the elevator. Feeding equipment such as electromagnetic vibrating feeder or belt conveyor evenly sends the materials to the middle of the upper turntable, and the materials are scattered under the action of centrifugal force. To the periphery of the turntable, and fall into the roller of the grinding ring, they are stamped, rolled, ground and crushed layer by layer by the ring roller. Finally, the crushed materials are brought to the powder separator for sorting under the action of wind, and the qualified fine powder is accompanied by the air flow. After grinding, the finished product is collected by the dust collector. The unqualified materials fall back into the grinding chamber under the action of the powder separator, and are ground again together with the newly fed materials. This cycle completes the entire grinding process. The airflow with a small amount of fine dust is purified by the pulse dust collector and then discharged through the fan and muffler.
