2.The process flow of slag mill production line
 
The process flow of vertical mill mainly includes four steps: crushing, grinding, grading, and powder collection.
 
The raw ore is crushed by the crusher; in the grinding stage, the crushed material is crushed by extrusion, grinding and shearing under the pressure of the grinding roller. Hot air is ejected upwards evenly at high speed from the air ring surrounding the grinding disc. The ground material is blown up by the high-speed airflow at the air ring. On the one hand, the coarser material is blown back to the grinding disc for re-grinding, and on the other hand, the suspended material is dried. The fine powder is brought into the grading machine by the hot air for grading. The qualified fine powder is discharged from the mill along with the air flow and collected by the dust collection equipment as the product.
