Fuel selection: Generally, coal or natural gas is used as fuel. The calorific value of coal is required to be between 5500-6000 kcal/kg, and natural gas is required to be of high purity and calorific value greater than 8500 kcal/m3.
 
Temperature control: The pyrolysis reaction of the suspended calcined lime kiln needs to be carried out under high temperature conditions, and the furnace temperature is generally required to be between 1000-1200 degrees Celsius. Too low temperature will lead to a decrease in lime quality, and too high temperature will cause damage to the furnace body and a decrease in lime quality.
 
Lime quality control: The lime quality is required to be stable, with low carbon content, high limestone conversion rate, short calcination time, and uniform particle size.
