The raw material is fed uniformly, quantitatively and continuously into the grinding chamber of the main unit via a variable frequency belt feeder for grinding.The ground material is conveyed by the air flow from the fan to the classifier for classification.Under the action of the analyzer, materials that do not meet the fineness requirements fall back into the grinding chamber for re-grinding, while qualified materials enter the cyclone collector through pipelines along with the air flow for separation and collection, and are discharged through the discharge device as finished powder.The separated air flow returns to the fan through the return air duct at the upper end of the cyclone collector. The production system operates under negative pressure and sealed conditions, equipped with a pulse dust collector to ensure no dust emission, which meets the national environmental protection standards.
