Grinding Process Flow of the MTW European Trapezium Mill

Raw materials are uniformly, quantitatively and continuously fed into the grinding chamber of the main unit via a variable-frequency belt feeder for milling. The ground materials are carried by the airflow from the fan into the powder classifier for grading. Under the action of the classifier, materials that do not meet the fineness requirements fall back into the grinding chamber for re-milling, while qualified materials are conveyed through pipelines along with the airflow into the cyclone powder collector for separation and collection. The finished powder is discharged via the discharging device. The separated airflow returns to the fan through the air return duct at the top of the cyclone powder collector.

The entire production system operates under negative-pressure and sealed conditions, and is equipped with a pulse dust collector to prevent dust emission, fully complying with national environmental protection standards.
