Coal Powder Preparation Process Flow
Raw coal is screened through a grid screen from the raw coal yard, then falls onto a steeply inclined belt conveyor or elevator. After iron removal by an electromagnetic iron remover, the raw coal is transported to the raw coal silo for storage via the belt conveyor or elevator.
Once the pulverizing system is fully started, the rod valve at the bottom of the raw coal silo is opened, and the sealed metering rubber belt coal feeder is activated. The raw coal enters the vertical coal mill for drying and grinding.
Hot air or exhaust gas from the hot blast stove is drawn into the vertical coal mill by the system fan. After sufficient heat exchange with the raw coal being ground in the mill, the air carries the coal powder to the separator for classification. Coarse coal powder with unqualified fineness falls back onto the grinding disc for re-grinding, while qualified coal powder is carried by the air flow into the explosion-proof air box pulse dust collector to be collected. Finally, it is discharged into the coal powder silo through the rotary valve.
