As a supplementary cementitious material for cement and concrete, waste glass powder contains approximately 70% silicon dioxide, which can effectively improve the mechanical properties and durability of concrete. It can be used to manufacture new composite materials featuring thermal insulation, sound insulation and fire resistance.
