Raw Material Pretreatment

Raw coal is screened from the raw coal yard, then sent to a conveyor or hoist, and finally transported to the raw coal silo for storage.

Vertical Mill Grinding

Powered by a hot blast stove, coal powder undergoes drying, grinding, and classification in the LM vertical mill, with precise control over fineness.

Safety Prevention and Control

Nitrogen protection + equipment explosion venting device + intelligent carbon dioxide fire extinguishing + CO-O online monitoring system.

Finished Product Storage

Coal powder is collected by an explosion-proof air box pulse dust collector and then transported to the coal powder silo via pneumatic conveying equipment.
